NightShade is a professional womxn’s ultimate team based in Nashville, TN. NightShade was founded in 2019 and is in our seventh season of the Premier Ultimate League.

Nashville NightShade tryouts are January 10-11th (open) and January 17-18th (closed). Fill out our registration form to stay updated on additional dates related to tryouts, practices, and games. The PUL schedule will be released in January 2026.
